札幌市の新築分譲マンションの売れ行きは、新型コロナウイルスの影響により低迷していましたが、9月は好転となりました。住宅流通研究所によりますと、新型コロナ感染拡大により５月の成約戸数は２０戸のみでしたが、９月は前年と同じくらいまで回復しました。この傾向はしばらく続くことが見込まれています。
新型コロナの影響で、各社は住宅展示場を休業したり販売を停止せざるを得ない状況に追い込まれました。これにより札幌の５月の新規発売件数はたったの５件でしたが、9月は143件と前年の同月と同じレベルまで持ち直しています。
「コロナで抑えられていた消費者の潜在的なニーズが形となって表れてきている」と分析されています。
