ワーケーションとは「ワーク（仕事）」と「バケーション（休暇）」を組み合わせた造語です。

旅行先などでの仕事を認めるもの、働き方改革の観点や地方創生の新たな方法としても期待をされています。

リモートテレワークの制度は、「在宅勤務」＝仕事をする場所は自宅や上長が認めた特定の場所などに限られます。

 

既に海外では、働きながら休暇をとる過ごし方が取り入れられています。高速インターネット回線やSIMカードなどはもちろん、同じ仕事をする人たちがグループで滞在できるような共同スペースが用意されているホテルもあります。

また、仕事以外の時間をリゾートや大自然などでゆったりと過ごせば、心身の疲れを癒やせ、ストレス軽減にもつながります。
