0802＝空き家ゼロにとの語呂合わせから、2018年8月2日を「空き家ゼロにの日」として記念日を設けました。空き家に目を向け再生や活用を通し空き家を減らして、よりよい未来を目指しましょう。

総務省「住宅・土地統計調査」によれば、全国の空き家数は、過去30年(1988年～2018年)で394万戸から846万戸となり、2倍以上増加しています。空き2018年の空き家率は13.6％に達しました。2033年には3軒に1軒が空き家になるという予測がでています。

 

空き家にしたままだと様々なリスクがあります。

・換気や通水ができず建物が老朽化しやすい

・不動産価値が下がってしまう

・空き家は放火犯に狙われやすい

・ホームレスが住み着く

・シロアリ・ゴキブリ・ネズミなどの被害

・草木が生い茂り近隣に迷惑をかける

 

このまま空き家が増え続け誰も手をつけずに放っておいてしまったら、家の資産価値だけでなく、地域の価値までをも下げてしまうことになります。空き家対策や空き家の利活用を考えて地域の不動産の価値を高めていくための活動が必要です。

・地域の人たちとDIYして店舗として活用したり。

・使っていない家は貸したり、借りたり。

・不動産屋さんに買ってもらったり、売ってもらったり。

・相続した実家の活用を考えたり。

・長年留守にしているおばあちゃんの家をお掃除したり。

・空き家の価値を徹底的に考えてみたり。

・家族で家の未来について話し合ったり。

8月は、お盆休みの帰省などの家族が集まる機会が増えます。家について考えて行動してみましょう。
